About Boca Lifeguards
Hi, I'm Summer Olivia and the owner of Boca Lifeguards. I am a certified American Red Cross Lifeguard with CPR certification in addition to certifications in Child Safety and Prevention of Sexual Abuse. My lifeguard experience includes working as a private lifeguard for film, television, and private events across the country.All Boca Lifeguards are thoroughly vetted, trained, supervised, and approved by me, ensuring that their certifications are up to date, that they have completed all required training, and that they meet our high standards for excellence in customer service and satisfaction.I have established OVERWATER, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization that provides free swim lessons or swim school tuition to children from underserved communities who can not afford private lessons or swim school tuition.If you support my goals and dreams of creating a world in which kids don't drown in swimming pools because they can't afford to learn to swim, please consider making a tax-deductible donation to Overwater below.

PRIVATE LIFEGUARD
If you are hosting any pool/swimming type of event, it is imperative that you hire a Private Lifeguard for your pool party or event. We understand the dynamics of hosting a large-scale event as well as a children’s pool party — it’s just not possible to host a party and monitor the pool at the same time.Having a lifeguard on the deck will put your mind at ease and allow you to enjoy the party without worrying about your guests. A kid’s pool party without supervision is a disaster waiting to happen. A pool party with alcohol and without supervision is asking for trouble. Whether it’s an accidental drowning or a catastrophic diving injury, Boca Lifeguards is committed to preventing any tragedy and ensuring a safe and secure pool party environment. After all, the best parties to host are the ones that you can enjoy the most!Boca Lifeguards operates under a promise of total privacy. We guarantee that no photos will ever be taken without your permission.Boca Lifeguards provides American Red Cross and CPR-certified lifeguards for the following events:

$95/hr for each lifeguard.
Two Hour Minimum
Hours are only billed in full one hour increments (if you exceed your scheduled time, you will be billed for an additional hour)
Parties outside of a 15 mile radius of Boca Raton may incur a travel surcharge.
Gratuities are always welcome
Lifeguards are available to assist with light set-up or clean-up (garbage, moving chairs, etc.)
Easy Booking Process: 50% Deposit to hold the date; 50% Balance due at Event

WATER MONITOR
Boca Lifeguards now offers Boca Raton and Palm Beach Event Planners a new service for those who require a lifeguard as a Water Monitor for overall safety. This is a popular feature for those hosting events at a property where a pool or other body of water is present but where guests are not swimming.Water monitors are ideal for events that take place poolside or lakeside such as graduation parties and wedding receptions. The concept of having a Pool Monitor is to ensure guests maintain a safe distance from the pool and to ensure that no one falls in the pool, especially at events where alcohol is being served.Pool Monitors are fully licensed American Red Cross Lifeguards with CPR-certified training. All Boca Lifeguards and Pool Monitors are equipped to deal with pool-related medical emergencies.Pool Monitors are ideal for events such as:

Wedding Receptions

$85/hr for each monitor.

We used Naples Lifeguards for my daughter's 7th birthday party. We had around 15 second grade girls in and out of our pool, and they did a wonderful job of keeping them safe. They jumped in to help a struggling girl, they watched the others for fatigue and had them take a break if necessary, and they made it easier for the parents to relax. Everyone was so grateful that they were there, and several parents asked me for their information because they were impressed by their professionalism and competence. In addition, booking was super-easy and they were excellent at communicating and confirming prior to the event. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again (and probably will for the next party where we have more than a couple of kids attending). The peace of mind they provided was more than worth the expense.
